Need Some Advice on AOS

We filed the I-130 DCF in January 2007. Twice now they have denied my AOS and my parents AOS. My income is based entirely on child support but exceeds the 125% guidelines. The income is guaranteed for the next ten years and is direct deposited to my bank account. I do not file income tax forms as my income is based solely on child support. I included a copy of my final divorce decree, the IRS statutes and a notarized letter explaining my income. My parents income is based on retirement and social security but far exceeds the 125% amount. The consulate in Casablanca has refused to explain why the AOS's were denied. We have received no formal letter simply a rude, short phone call saying we would need a "new" sponsor. They would only speak to my husband and when he asked if they would explain it to me they replied "we have nothing to say to her." They also will not respond to my email inquires asking why, what was deficient? We have tried to obtain a new sponsor but as you know that is a very difficult thing to do as people do not want to release their private information. We are both currently residing in Morocco and I am unable to return to the States by myself to work as we are expecting a child. Does anyone know if there is an appeals process open to us or any way of contesting the decision? Any help would be appreciated as we are running out of time. Thank you.

I suggest that you contact your congressman or senator and request a congressional inquery into your case. Your congressman will do this for you (it is their job) and you will often get things moving or at least a solid answer back on why things are the way they are. I would also suggest that you consider a professional (lawyer) at some point if things continue to stick. They often are able to navigate complex situations and take action.
