Just a quick question, anyone here have any information or negative experiences concerning body tatoos and the medical review? My Fiance has 3 small tatoos on her finger which she got as a member of a Sorority when in college, will this be any kid of issue? I could not imagine it being an issue, but there has been some negative publicity in the news lately there in PI concerning hazing and she is concerned about it being seen as violent actions. Thanks for any replies.

tattoos are pretty bad when you're looking for a job in phil (in my city anyways hehehe)

BUT concerning about your med questions, i have a friend whose got a tattoo on her wrist (like a bracelet... got it from her college days), and she didnt have any negative experience at all while having her physical exam... in fact she's already here in the US... so im hoping your fiancee would be ok too...

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

No need worry about the Tattoos.

Worry about TB as that's one of the most common reasons for delays in receiving a visa.

Have her get checked at a private doctor or clinic..

If positive she can start treatment. It normally takes about 6 -8 months to cure. She won't be going anywhere until she tests negative.

There is LOTS of people with TB in PI.

Just my 2 cents!

Not too much worry about tattoo, but they may have to check you for a Hepatitis profile.
