Hi,

Ive been waiting for 140 days now for our NAO2 and am wondering if there's a way of talking to anyone at USCIS besides customer service, as dont they only know as much as I do whenever I check my status online?

Yes, it is called an INFO-PASS appointment at your local field office.

They may not have anything, USCIS can take up to 6 months on a petition, If you look at their processing times site they have the oldest cases that they are looking at as 3/15/07 your profiles shows 6/11/07
