I miss my monthly hair spa/foot spa/manicure and pedicure in david's salon and facial/body scrub and massage in Forever Flawless. Our family cook-out every weekends. I miss fiesta and the street foods :crying:

We had jasmine rice also and frozen bangus/galunggong/squid with heads/dried dilis/patis/shrimp paste/pandesal and ensaymada/chinese hopia/halo-halo ingredients, coconut vinegar and pancit mixtures that we found in the nearest filipino store here. I can prepare tokwat baboy too because tofu is available in walmart. Beef Caldereta was my husband's favorite and I can get all the ingredients in walmart even the liver spread.

I miss tuna... its soo expensive here. :(

I miss the pandesal vendor that makes me wake-up every morning and the taho, the neighbors because I can just drop by and talk for long hours.

Here I'm always alone with my dog when my husband was at work.

It's so different here.... Back home, when I want to go to comedy bars I will just call my friends and surely I will laugh all night. Here there's no comedy bars. Me and my husband are contented on listening with each other in our extreme magic sing.

Claudeth reminded me that I need to take her up to L.A. to the Jollibee

we were in reno last month and i wanted to go to vegas coz ive heard there's jollibee there too but he said it was far from reno, so i was out of luck lol

WE did the one in L.A. after spending about five hours at the Filipino embassy getting her passport renewed and changed to her married name. We needed to celebrate :P
