Bob and I would like to thank EVERYONE on this site. Without your help, we'd probably still be in a mess of paperwork!....Bob received his 10 yr green card in the mail yesterday, without and interview! :dance:

11/28/03 : Mailed I-129f petition to <!--WORD2URL-01--><!--END WORD2URL-01-->NSC<!--WORD2URL-02--><!--END WORD2URL-02-->

12/02/03 : First NOA

03/22/04 : Second NOA

04/01/04 : Forwarded to <!--WORD2URL-01--><!--END WORD2URL-01-->NVC<!--WORD2URL-02--><!--END WORD2URL-02-->

04/14/04 : File forwarded to consulate in Vancouver

04/21/04 : Bob received packet!

06/02/04 interview and received visa!

07/24/04 : Still in Canada on delays from selling house and stressed to the MAX!

07/29/04 : Bob arrives!

09/01/04 : Married in Tennessee!!

09/20/04 : Submitted I-485. I-131 and I-765 in person in Indy

09/27/04 : Received NOA 1 on all three

11/12/04 : Biometrics and fingerprint appointment in Louisville, KY

11/22/04 : Online approval of I-131

11/24/04 : Online approval of I-765

11/26/04 : Received I-131 approval in mail

12/20/04 : Recieved <!--WORD2URL-01--><!--END WORD2URL-01-->EAD<!--WORD2URL-02--><!--END WORD2URL-02--> card in mail

08/31/05 : Received NOA for interview October 25th!

10/25/05 : Had AOS interview in Indy

10/31/05 : Approved! Received "welcome Letter" in mail today

11/02/05 : Received 2 yr. conditional Green Card! Abt. time. Been just shy of 2 yrs since we mailed the I-129f fiance visa petition

07/27/07 : Mailed I-751 petition to remove conditions (overnight)

11/15/06 Received e-mail that RFE has been mailed yesterday

11/21/06 Biometrics appointment

12/04/06 Sent RFE back

12/08/06 RFE accepted in Lee's Summit - USPS confirmation

12/12/06 RFE recorded on file by USCIS

4/28/05 Interview for Visa in Bangkok-Visa Approved!!!!

5/2/05 Arrive in USA together! POE Minneapolis

5/25/05 - MARRIED!!

6/9/05 - Sent in AOS

7/8/05 - Biometrics for AOS complete in Milwaukee(walk-in)

11/16/05 Interview in Milwaukee - AOS APPROVED!!

9/17/07 Mailed in I-751 to NSC

10/15/07 Received NOA - Case transferred to California

12/27/07 E-mail stating that new card is ordered

12/31/07 10 year Green Card received! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

8/22/08 Sent in N-400 for naturalization

11/19/08 Passed the interview

1/12/09 Received letter about oath ceremony

1/29/09 Oath Ceremony - US Citizen!!

1/29/09 Changed status at Social Security office, applied for US Passport
