Can you believe that sh!t? She's been feeling like ####### yet dragged herself into work every day nonetheless. Hasn't missed a day and hasn't been a minute late ever. Missed her goal by less than 3% (she's gotta go to th bathroom more often these days and she's gotta stretch from time to time) and they wrote her up despite the fact that she is going through the first few weeks of her pregnancy. I am so mad. I'm a manager at the very same company and I would NEVER do any such thing to any of my employees. EVER!

Well, those ignorant, incompetent bastards that are passing for management material in that part of the firm are messing with the wrong employee. They'll know soon enough. That's for damn sure!

It ain't that easy. This is going to Employee Relations next week. It'll come out of her file. The managers will be reprimanded. Their behavior is against company policy. I know 'cause I am in their position and I know that I can't do that kind of ####### to my staff (not that I would even consider any such thing). They'll get slapped. For real!

Sorry to hear that she has some managers that have no feelings. Tell her to keep her head up.

Well all I can say. Just try to be calm when you go to work tomorrow. You dont want to get fired for shooting off to them. Plus you may make your lovely wife upset. We get very emotional when we are expecting. Just try and stay cool.

I know. I am planning on looking at the actual policy manuals tomorrow so I can incorporate that into the case that she (well, we) will present to ER next week. It'll be well prepared over the weekend and address a number of issues that her managers failed to correct despite multiple attempts on her part to get them addressed. She never wanted to take to HR but now she's ready to proceed.

You see, they just fired a foreign, pregnant women in her department last week. Looks and aweful lot like a pattern developing. Which is why Nani was afraid to even bring her pregnancy up...

What a bunch of a$$holes! Jesus - it absolutely pees me off to the gills when I see something like that - that totally sucks. You know what? I'd go and speak to someone about that if I were Nani - that simply cannot be right. I'd say that's actually discrimination... :((F) for Nani and you (F)

Companies these days try to squeeze every possible inch of productivity out of you. They don't care that we are human beings. This is what corporate america is like these days. I know, I was fired from such a company (and things only got worse once i was out)
