I filed the I130 on July 16 recieved the first NOA on July 27. When should i expect the NOA2 the approval? Wishful thinking it will be soon. Anyone been approved that filed in July yet?

Ours was approved 3 months after our NOA1, so maybe you'll get yours by the end of October? :thumbs:

GlenandLisa, you've filed for a K-1 visa, not a CR-1/IR-1....so you didn't file an I-130, and therefore would be a bad guesser as to how long it will take for I4everh to get approved.

Personally, I would say 3-6 months would be a more accurate guess.

Filed on July 27th...still no NOA1 yet...hanging in there and hoping for best! :whistle:

09/20/2007 : NOA1

11/07/2007 : NOA2

NVC

11/20/2007 : Case # Assigned

03/10/2008 : Case Completed!

03/20/2008 : Interview Scheduled & Interview letter mailed

03/25/2008 : Beneficiary received interview letter

03/25/2008 : Case forwarded to consulate. NVC message updated on 3/28/08.

Consulate

05/22/2008 : Interview

05/22/2008 : Visa granted and passport collected same day.

05/26/2008 : POE (Newark, NJ).
