HELP!!! My I130 was approved on 4/19/07 and has yet to reach the NVC. My I129F was also approved on the same day. Now my I129F is void due to my I130 being approved. I visited a local office in June...nothing they could do. I went to Greece for a month to visit my husband. On 8/14/07 I received a notice from USCIS my problem has been corrected and my file was now being sent to the NVC and to wait 30 days before contacting NVC. Guess what? My file still has not reached NVC.Any ideas on what I can do from here? :crying:

Thanks! I agree, USCIS does make the IRS look good! What's more sad is the IRS takes our money but the USCIS is pulling and tearing on our hearts! Both of my notices show that they are approved. What do you mean "u can use it as the approval notice"??? Is this something I can have my husband use at his consular to start his visa paperwork?

I was told by the immigration officer on 9/13 here in Los Angeles that USCIS voided my I129F because my I130 was approved.....it made NOOOOOO sense to me at all and when I questioned him, his reply was, it's just the way it works.....I told him, I don't recall seeing this written any where and that with their canceling my I129F, my husband is now stuck in limbo waiting on the I130. So am I crazy or is USCIS?
