check not cashed yet. should I be worried?

It sometimes takes they a while and they are probably still trying to dig out from the fee increase

I sent I-129F on August 13, check still not cashed yet, already no energy to be worried. :(

Yes, my fiance called USCIS, they said there was an increase in applications and it may take 90 days to receive the receipt. But I found some people who applied K-1 a few days later than me have check cashed or received NOA1, I feel frustrated and come here to kill time.

Don't worry yet. My package was received 9/14 and the check hasn't been cashed yet. Also at CSC!!!!!!!! Lets start worrying in a couple more months!!!!

did you try to contact them, just to make sure that they did not lose your application?

CSC is still taking a little longer than VSC to process applications. As long as you know they have it, there is not much else you can do by calling them, unfortunately :(

Yes dont worry mine received in Texas on August 30th and they still have not cashed - patience, pffttttt. but tis the only word i can give you....they told me to wait the 90 days before asking for more information - and oh yes, we had a lawyer do all paperwork. System pretty messed up now but at least your found this fourm like I did, helps us understand what is going on each day. My kudo's to all for the help
