i got my i-129f&i-130 NOA2 September 12, 2007...when do i get my packet from Manila Ambassy

March 19, 2007 - application submitted

March 22, 2007 - NOA1 received

September 12, 2007 - NOA2

I-129F

May 2007 - NOA1 received

September 12, 2007 -NOA2

I got my NOA2 on Sept 5th and still waiting for it to be transferred to NVC. You still probably have anywhere from 21 days and Ive seen up to 31 days before it might get to NVC unless u get lucky. Once there it usually only takes them a couple days to send it to the embassy. The embassy usually send Packet 4 out about a month before the interview date.
