Im amarried to an American guy. My husband is so worried about applying the k3 visa forms because he has aproblem on incometax payment, he never filed the income tax since the year 04,05,06 but he has filed for 07. will this affect this application?will this make us be denied the visa? please advice us.

Hard to file for 07 due to the filing date being April 08.

What do you mean by not filing taxes? Did he not work, Or was he living and working overseas?

Part of the process will involve filing I-864 and IRS returns are required, or a good explanation will be needed as to why IRS returns were not filed.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
