Thank you mate, no on the I-129f put call into lawyer will see what they want to do, I aint messing this baby up now - but would be interesting to see where that went, probably was in same package as the I-130 and when they scanned in the I-130 they saw the I-129f and sent it off to CSC - guessing, well not a good thing to do, but its about the same results that I would get over the phone from USCIS-

You are almost there hun, and notice that my I-130 came is now with Vermont......weee I think Florida moved locations.....

Cheers hun and Happy New Year. Will let ya know about I-129f

Hello Susie,

Did your lawyer send out the I130 and the I129 Pettitions together? I noticed that on your timeline. It was my understanding that you do not send out the I129F Until you have a reciept number for the I130, which seems to be the trend in most peoples timelines.

I could see why they should let you send them together, but you are the first that I have come accross. Please advise if your lawyer told you something different for future posters.

Thank you,

Missy

Several people on the site have sent their petitions together. I don't know if this is advisable with the switch to the Chicago lockbox. I sent both of my petitions together back in July based on the advice of a USCIS agent. Look in my signature for more details.

Hi Missy,

Sometimes i think if i had found this site earlier and had an idea about immgration I could have done this myself (the money could have gone to a charity instead of a lawyer), but we did get lucky with ours, but they are about as useful in these type of cases as flys in the soup.... Yes i have kept up with your story, and sigh, there are reasons for everything, what they are we dont know, we are not suppose to ask, we are to just accept but never accept without making sure your voice is heard.

Hang in hun, your almost there.

Hi Susie and everyone,

I just sent my I-129f for the K3 visa to CSC where my I-130 is at. I sent it to the address on the bottom of the NOA1 for the I-130. I am hoping it won't take as long to get an NOA1 for the I-129f as it did for the I-130 NOA1. Saying my prayers.
