I made the long flight from Dallas, Texas to Manila. I was so very anxious to finally lay eyes on my wife. I was also very apprehensive since I'd had a bad experience with a long distance relationship with a girl in the states. But I had the utmost faith in my wife. I finally arrive and make some sense of what I'm supposed to do upon landing. I'd never been so far from home and was definitely confused. I get through customs and start trying to see what I could do to find my wife. I see phones, but still had only US currency and the conversion tables were on the other side of customs. sad.gif I just didn't know. I expected to see my wife on the other side of customs. No matter where I looked and where I walked I didn't see her. I was even afraid that maybe I had just missed her in the crowd. I find a security guard that spoke a bit of english and allowed me to use his phone (for a fee). I dialed and redialed her number to no avail. I was just thinking that my past was repeating it's self. FINALLY she answers the phone and coaches me where to walk to. I'm still scared. I'm so close now. I walk to where she told me too and just try searching the crowd. Then suddenly it seemed that everyone around her just walked away and there she was....................... I couldn't stop staring. I was absolutely mesmerized. I set my bag down and just took her in my arms. My heart was beating so fast that I'm sure she had to feel it. I just couldn't catch my breath. SHE WAS REAL!!!!! I could tell how happy she was, but we had to hurry. I pick my bag up as she takes my hand and guides me through the crowd. The whole time I'm avoiding people my eyes never left her. We make our way to a taxi that her cousin and his family's house helper were waiting in. Even in the cab my hand didn't leave hers. I put my arm around her just afraid to let go. So very fearful that if I let go for an instant that she'd disappear. I couldn't tell you a single detail as to what Manila looks like at night since I didn't see any of it. I was so captivated by the beauty and elegance of my wife that nothing else mattered. The only thoughts going through my head were of shear amazement. She was real. She was mine. SHE HAD CHOSEN ME. This angel had chosen a lowly barely above poor man to wed.

I love my wife and will always profess it. She is the most amazing person in the world and proves it to me daily. We've been together for more than a year now, but have only been together physically 8 days. Even though my visit with her was almost 8 months ago I can still relay each day to you in detail. Everything of the trip is forever etched into my memory. All moments with her remain with me. I will never forget or forsake anything of my wife. I love you baby. I miss you so dearly. Please never stop loving me. Thank you for being mine always. Luvu my Queen.

Love is great .... can you update your timeline please ?

Hello! That's the exact timeline and we are not married legally in paper yet but we are by heart. Well, we believe marriage is more than just a piece of paper, so that explains why we then take each other husband and wife even without the paper yet :) I see that you are from Texas. I am looking forward to living with my husband there and would be very glad to meet new acquaintances (Filipino Community) in Texas. God bless you!

Coolios, just remember it is VITAL NOT to say husband and wife at interview OR at POE, or at any point to USCIS or consulate, it can cause probs since your on k-1 and NOT married yet

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
