She is only nice to the USC's. There have been a series of incidents where she has been very short/direct/rude to the beneficiaries. So in all honesty, she's nice... BUT... There is a BUT...

Sheriff Uling is right, Lorraine and Sandy entertains calls coming from the USC and gives more details, but there were occasions (more often than not) that they don't give direct answers when a Pinay/Pinoy calls for follow-ups/info about their cases and they would just say "It is still under review". This is the reason why when I make advise on calling Lorraine for follow-ups, I often mention that the USC calls and not the applicant.

If she would like to enter the site, she is most welcome of course. But for those who will be asking (in the future or for those who already asked some questions) on how to get around with some problems like not admitting things/stuffs during the medical and interview--- maybe "we" should refrain from asking? If there are spies lurking around, and you have your pictures on this site, they "might" take note of it? What do you think peeps? Like what sqdnGuns mentioned, this could be also be a "double edged sword".
