yes that exactley what i heard the nvc waiting of bioghraphy form the third party my question is what's the biographic form and who is the third party thanks

Do you mean you got a message from NVC saying this:

"NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms ... "

which can also translate to that the DS230 has been generated

 Thats the closest thing I can think of by looking at your timeline

Hi Simo,

As RandyandRina mentioned in your other post, the biographic forms probably means that they are sending your DS-230 form.

You will fill that out and return it to the NVC.

They will mail it to you. Are you using a lawyer? If so perhaps that is the third party.

One other thing, when you want to reply to something that is in a thread, you can use the Reply button at the bottom of the message instead of the 'new topic' button at the top of the page (you use that if you want to start a completely new page).

Hope this helps.

Hello SIMO1972,

On every post you initiate, you can add replies to them by clicking the button found on lower right: FASTREPLY or ADDREPLY. You can also click on "REPLY. In that way, anyone who reads your concerns can easily follow through rather than opening a new posts or new topic. Try that next time.

As per your most recent concern above-mentioned:

DS230

Go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html, select the embassy your spouse will be going through from the drop-down menu and click on the Request Instructions button. An alert box will pop up telling you that you will now be directed to either Appointment Post or Standard NVC processing instructions. Click on OK, and on the next page, click on "Download all the immigrant visa instructions on [standard/Appointment] NVC Processing Instructions." A PDF document will load. If you are going through Appointment Post NVC Processing, the list on the first page of the document under the topic heading "Documents the applicant needs to obtain and submit" will list the documents you will have to send into NVC with the DS-230 (The spouses of those going through Standard NVC processing will generally still have to obtain the same documents, but they will be brought to the embassy, which will provide the instructions as to those documents after it sets the interview date.)

 Yes. But you need the DS230 coversheet from NVC or you can generate your own. The link to James Shortcut v2 is on my signature.
