She doesn't have to take a picture. There are lots of places that will make a photocopy (on a copy machine) and she can send it to you that way.

She's lying. There are PLENTY of places like that in Orlando - Orlando is a big city. I've seen Staples and Office Depot there just when visiting...if she lives there and can't find one, you have more problems than the interview.

Hmmm. I was just at one of the many Orlando Fed Ex/Kinko stores and they had lots of scanning and copying machines. They'll even do it for her if she can't handle it. Tell her to go to one and have the documents scanned so she can email it to you asap. A picture probably won't pick up the details when it's printed out, but let her send it and you can make that determination for yourself.

Why do the copies have to go on a CD and the CD be mailed to you? She should photocopy the tickets and the stamps in her passport and send the photocopies to you in the mail. That should be easy.

Thomas, they will do it for her if she explains to them that she's computer illiterate. If she has a car there is a Fed Ex/Kinko's shop 18 miles from her. If not, I am sure there is a mail services shop in her local plaza. They're everywhere. They will scan the document and she/they can mail it to you right from the shop. She doesn't need to put it on a CD.

Well i hope she can do it by weekend, she have to send me trough email not trough mail because my interview is at octobar 1st and it would be take 7 days to be here in serbia if she send me trough mail...
