For AOS the NON-Immigrant is petitioning to change their status from NON-Immigrant to immigrant, so all supporting forms have to do with the non-immigrant, so the G-325a is the biographic data of the person adjusting status, NOT the US Citizen.

All the US Citizen provides is affidavit of support, I-864 and supporting financial data for the I-864 ((1040,W2,1099,)OR IRS transcripts), employer letter, and some pay stubs.

I am applying too for AOS and this is what it sais on I-130 :

A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife. Except for your name and signature

you do not have to repeat on the Form G-325A the information given on your Form I-130 petition.

So if you are sending with I-130 he needs to sign that form too.

What visa did you use to enter the USA? If K-3 or K-1 you wont be filing I-130.

K-1 K-3 AOS guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

Other Visa types: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2

THE OP's profile shows K-1 so won't need to file I-130.
