Hello, taking a poll here:

Anyone have a K3 approved since Feb 23, 2006? and has it reached the nvc? (assigned a case #)

WAITING FOR NVC TO ISSUE K3 CASE # since 2/28/06

WAITED FOR NVC TO ISSUE IR1 CASE # since 3/30/06 CASE # ASSIGNED APRIL 17, 2006

I-864 package mailed out on May 11, 2006 via USPS overnight; received at NVC May 12, 2006

Received IV Fee Bill and and I-864 package on the same day in the mail on May 13, 2006

IV fee bill overnighted same day May 13, 2006

5/26 checklist rec'd ds 230 missing

5/30 ds 230 package rec'd

6/7 I mail them back the ds 230

6/8 They receive the ds 230

6/12 it is entered into their system

6/29 CASE COMPLETE

07/06 - CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO CONSULAR POST

07/12 - PACKET 4 COMES TO HIS HOUSE

08/04 - MEDICAL EXAM - HAS NO DISEASES CONFIRMED

08/08 - INTERVIEW AT 8 AM. PLEASE PRAY FOR US.

wheres ur post in india..? they said k3 is faster, and even if ours reaches madras in the next 1.5 months-- it will take 5 months more!!

our 1-130 got approved too,

do u know anyway that u can change the consulate to new delhi?

Approved 4/5/2006

Called NVC and told file recieved by NVC and already forwarded to the New Delhi Consulate.

i don't know how to change the consulate to New Delhi.

approved on March 20, hasn't reached the NVC yet :(

I-485 AOS Timeline:

September 14, 2006- AOS package filed

September 20, 2006 - NOA1 for both AOS & EAD

September 27, 2006 - Biometrics appt letter recieved

October 5, 2006- Biometrics taken

October 10, 2006 - both I485 & EAD touched

November 1, 2006 - I485 touched

November 21, 2006 - still waiting ......

December 7,8,9 - touched

December 11, 2006- approval notice via email

December 15, 2006 - EAD arrives in mail with the wrong dates (03/21/07-03/20/08)

December 18, 2006 -InfoPass re: wrong dates (fixing the card will take another 90 days...)

January 13, 15, 2007-both I485, EAD touched

February 25, 2007 - Initial interview letter recieved in mail

April 18, 2007-Interview!

May 7, 2007- Approval notice sent

May 11, 2007-Permanent Residency Card arrived in mail

February 2, 2009- I -751 filed

February 6, 2009- NOA received

April 8, 2009- I 751 approved!

June 20, 2009- GC received

maybe we can all think of ways the NVC can use automation to the max....

i been waiting since 2/28. thats when our k3 got approved..

maybe ur i130 will get approved and get a case # soon! i hope everything goes super fast for you.. and for me and for EVERYONE

When I called NVC, i was told that my file was at NVC for only few days and they mailed via DHL to the US consulate in New Delhi. However, I have not recieved any written confirmation from them yet.

pharmacist you should call them and find out. Seems like it's a bit too long by now.

Our K3 is approved (Apr 12) and at NVC (Apr 20).

The lady did say that they will check over what NBC had done before sending it on to the London Consulate, and that I should call back on Monday (Apr 24) to see if papers have been sent to London.

I feel Good...........like the moon is shining just for me!
