Need help on I-485 question

Any suggestion on part 1 question on I-485 form asking for the current USCIS status. My wife entered the coutry as a visitor in 2005 and overstayed her visit. She lost her I-94 so we are in the process of requesting a replacement in order to obtain the number.

Please help.

Check (a ) approved I-130, and attach a completed I-130 petition.

(a ) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been

approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or

special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an

immediately available visa number, if approved.)
