Yes there might be flaws in our justice system, but ultimately I believe in justice, you apparantly don't believe in justice instead you'd like to replace it with a system of suppression. No meeting minds there, no.

To the contrary. I think I am the one who believes in the appropriate justice being served. Unlike the status quo, especially in the UK, where the judge would probably defend the guy; which has been the outcome of other cases there.

What do you believe an 'appropriate' sentence for this would be...?

the guy is an obvious Narcisstic Personality Disorder...with ascocial personality patterns ...rehabilitation will not work for him...prison will be the best option

I think more of an Assclown Dickhead Disorder with pothead personality patterns :lol:

definitely yes. maybe if you've been smoking it for like 20 years and it doesn't affect you anymore, but yes, marijuana clouds people's judgment, without a doubt.

I agree with Mags.

Meth (and a lot of other "hard drugs") can do some pretty nasty things to your mind and body; however, marijuana isn't on that list. As far as drugs go, it's relatively benign. That doesn't mean everyone should suddenly go out and get "wasted" tonight, but marijuana probably wasn't responsible for this.

The guys who did this were jerks, plain and simple. I just don't understand people like this. If I had seen this woman dying, I would've used my cell phone to call 911 (or whatever the British equivalent is) and maybe try talking to her a little. I certainly wouldn't have urinated on her, poured water on her and then covered her with shaving cream!

That obviously took some work! If these guys had put half as much effort into saving this poor woman's life as they did tormenting her last few moments alive, she might have actually lived.
