Drastic change in my timeline!!!!

Has anybody else checked out their timelines lately?? Mine use to say my I129 may be adjudicates as early as September 26, 2007 and my I130 may be adjudicates as early as September 28, 2007.

Now it says my I129 may be adjudicates as early as October 10, 2007 and my I130 may be adjudicates as early as October 28, 2007.

I swear everytime I think that this visa process will be getting out of the California service center hands soon it is like they suck me back in laughing and taunting me saying "Once we have you we will never let you go!" I know I am not the only one who is feeling helpless being stuck in the California service centers talons.

Are they ever going to let us go from their claws so we can finally move on and be reunited with our spouses?? This is really torture on all of us, it seems like they use us as some kind of torture experiment to see who they can rip apart and how many families they can destroy. It seems like it is a game to them, they don't care because they get to go home to their families every night and all we can do is cry ourselves to sleep everynight knowing our spouses are oceans away and there is nothing we can do about it.

I'm sorry that I'm complaining but I really needed to vent my anger and frustrations and I'm just glad to know that I have my VJ family here to listen to me and we all can help eachother through our darkest hour of need and to bring some light into our lives.

Go ahead and vent sister! That's what seems to get things moving. I was on an april filers thread for AOS and everytime someone would come in and rant and rave about something, within days they would have some kind of activity. Serious.

I had that happen with my case. We were to adjudicated in mid dec, then moved up to as early as nov 28th or so, then to DEC 29th!!! In the end, we were approved in early October. So don't give it too much thought. Like everything else it's just a guess.

Thanks Ayesha! I will be so happy when I'm able to come here and tell people that me and my husband are finally reunited and to be able to give others support that they need when they are going through the waiting process. Inshallah we will all be with our loved ones soon!

Yes mine said Sept. 27 first, then it because Oct. 30, and now it says Nov. 27.
