is it ok if my Fiance will send just a copy of Letter of Intent via email?!i mean he'll just scan and sent it off to me here via email and ill be the one to print it off .any suggestions please.

well your fiance has to "signed and date" it right? im not sure if not having the original one is helpful or not... but you're interview says around nov. so he's got plenty of time to just send it thru ups or fed-ex. just to play it safe... my suggestion...

Just to clarify...I think you are refering to the "2nd" letter of intent to marry...dated closer to your interview...I think your application process started some time ago...Best wishes to you...

...and from what I know, it needs his original signature...

Sent I129-F on July 23rd to NSC

Received on July 25th at NSC

Check cashed by CSC on Aug 3rd

NOA1 mailed from CSC on Aug 2nd (Notice Date on form is Aug 1st)

Touched on August 7th.......

Touched on Sept.14...(due to me contacting CSC about the "jr." following his name...

Touched on Sept.19...again due to call to CSC about typo on NOA1..

Going to Manila Nov 1st for work...Get to spend 2 fantastic months with my baby!

With any luck, I will get my NOA2 when I get home in January!

!!!!!! WOW!!!! We are approved on Dec 21st!!!!! And I get to celebrate it here in Manila with my baby!

i had the letter of intent for the interview scanned and faxed to me by my SO, the prescreener and the CO did not even asked for it. But in the original petition, we both submitted the letter of intent dated and signed by us and notarized. If it worries you, you can ask him to send you the original copy. hope it helps...
