But i m little confuse u r saying that u have received NOA- 2 in feb from CSC service center but on uscis website it is clearly mentioned that they r working on july petitions ....

please correct me if i wrong ....

I-130 sent to NSC: 3rd Sep 2007

NOA1 received: 26th Dec 2007 (CSC)

service center: CSC

I-130 approval date: 21st Feb 2008

ur right about the website processing times for csc but i flied mine

I-130 sent 08/17/07

I-130NOA1 10/01/07

I-130NOA2 02/14/08

there are a lot of people in august getting their petitions approved for whatever reason and july filers are still waiting on theirs

I just called USCIS today and talked to a rep regarding my case past the 6 months mark. At first she told me the case is pending from what she saw on her screen, but I wouldn't take it as an answer. So she put me on hold and came back to told me that our case has been assigned to an officer for processing! Now, that's what I'm talking about.

CSC is currently processing August filers at the moment.

We got our NOA2 from CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER, on the 23 of february and sent our I130 in sept 20. 2007

So, they are working on september petitions too

I am a newbee, although i have been following this thread for quite some time now.

My husband and I are august filer..finally got our NOA2

I wanted to clarify one thing abt the ds3032:

i want to appoint my husband(my petitioner) as the agent in the ds3032 form, but he will be moving to another address in abt 4 months...will a change of address create any delays/confusions/RFEs in the future? also, if an address change poses no hurdles, how can i inform the NVC of the change in address, when my hubby moves?

congratulations on ur NOA 2!!!! ur so luckyyyy.... i dont think it wil cause aan issue you wil have to call up uscis and make sure the addres gets changed in ur info... can iask wat was ur service center where u filed.. and when did you file ur i-130??

OK COOL.. I AM FROM VSC WHO FILED IN MID OCT.. AND ON YOUR NOA2 IT SHOULD SAY INCASE IF YOU MOVE.. CALL.. THEN THEY LIST THE NUMBER I BELIEVE! GOOD LUCK
