The forum say August / September I-130 2007 Filers not CR-1/ IR 1 forum. You should be aware of that the K3 people also file the same I-130 just the CR-1/IR1 people. Because of that it makes two list one I-130 list for K3 and one for CR1-1/IR1. All you have to do is request for the CR1/IR1 I-130 list instead of complaining because nobody is getting paid by you.

Here are the lists for both. :-)

If you back out of the maze far enough you'll realize we are in an IR-1/CR-1 Immigrant Visa forum as we speak...err..type! Your K-3 non-immigrant visa discussion is located one forum above our current location. :) So by default, any thread that is labeled I-130 (or any thread for that matter) within this forum is assumed to be the immigrant visa or the IR/CR visas and not the K-3 non-immigrant visa forum. There are many forums within VisaJourney as evidenced by the plural usage of the word forumS. This forum that we are currently speaking in is the CR/IR (stand-alone I-130) Immigrant visa forum.

I am quite aware, as you request, of the mulitple forms K-3 filers complete. I almost went that route. But may I ask you to be aware of just what you are clicking on as you make your way to this forum...reading may help! :) And I am not complaining...not yet...I'm just trying to educate to make people a little less confused...as we see has happened with you and susieK. :)

The above are the 1st six forums found here in visajourney.com. You can find it by clicking any link that says "Forums". Believe it or not, we are actually in the forum labeled IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa General Discussion. Now I will complain. Try to keep your K-3 discussion in the correct forum. I only say this because they are separated for a logical reason. If you fail to understand the logical reason why the two visa categories are separated, please feel free to ask. Also, it makes it easier for CR/IR visa petitioners to read and share in discussions that pertain to them. That way, we don't have to sift through discussions that should take place in a different forum...a forum created ESPECIALLY for them.

...and we wonder why USCIS has a difficult time adjudicating some cases.

Thank you,

James

James-

Not sure what you meant by confusion but the intent implies that I do not read this forum or information else where and that I am not comprehending what I am reading - oh well no matter - he has devoted some time to helping us, as has sunshine and Delicia , my confusion only lies in this -I am confused as to our government and posting timelines that are not correct on their website. Once I figure that one out then I will say ok, I am no longer confused

have a good one.

p.s ...your quote "and we wonder why USCIS has a difficult time adjudicating some cases" OH YES WE DO WONDER ON THIS

Yes, I have seen the maze and understand it. If you look under it your forum of IR-1/CR1 is posted under the root of Marriage based Immigrtation K1, K2, K3. Shown below.

VisaJourney.com >

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa General Discussion

The reason it is posted this way because if K3 people want to stop the K3 and want to continue with IR1/CR1 if both get to the embassy at the same time.

Anyway, I don't have time for these silly things. If someone is being ####### about petty things like this, "Teacher John Doe took half of my candy" LOL. Sorry, I can't help you. Just want to share the information for people who need it, and want to stay from those who want to complain because I AM NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS.

Good Luck, and good bye.

Sky - just keep going mate, as there are alot of us appreciating what you are doing - also with Sunshine and Delicia timelines - it makes us a group of just wanting to contribute - correct me if I am wrong, but that I do not find confusing in the least. Whether we are July August September October November so forth, does not matter, the effort is appreciated. I spent three hours on the phone last night with a VJ who is further down the road and so informed, yet he is dumbfounded by some things that are going on. All we can do is support each other - we all have A COMMON GOAL - and that is having our SO's next to us soon.

Cheers

Your roof is nothing more than a title grouping similar forums...immigration based on marriage.

There are different forums for different visas. It is not posted that way, as you say, just in case K3's want to change to CR/IR. It's posted that way because they are different immigration paths that, although similar, have distinct differences. If, as you say, the K3 wants to abandon the K visa process and continue with only the CR/IR, then there is a forum waiting for them. It's called the IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa General Discussion forum and most people who are going for the immigration visa honestly don't really care about the I-129F because it does not apply to them...hence the different forums!

You can call it silly, but your K3 discussion are a pain to sift through. If I ask politely, would you mind keeping your K3 non-immigrant conversations in the K-3 Spouse Visa General Discussion forum? Would you? Or would you call this gentle and polite request a complaint or silly?

Thank you for your consideration,

James

The reason it is posted this way because if K3 people want to stop the K3 and want to continue with IR1/CR1 if both get to the embassy at the same time.

Anyway, I don't have time for these silly things. If someone is being ####### about petty things like this, "Teacher John Doe took half of my candy" LOL. Sorry, I can't help you. Just want to share the information for people who need it, and want to stay from those who want to complain because I AM NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS.

Good Luck, and good bye.

James

Sky - just keep going mate, as there are alot of us appreciating what you are doing - also with Sunshine and Delicia timelines - it makes us a group of just wanting to contribute - correct me if I am wrong, but that I do not find confusing in the least. Whether we are July August September October November so forth, does not matter, the effort is appreciated. I spent three hours on the phone last night with a VJ who is further down the road and so informed, yet he is dumbfounded by some things that are going on. All we can do is support each other - we all have A COMMON GOAL - and that is having our SO's next to us soon.

Cheers

Susie

Susie, it is true that Sky's work and effort is informative and impressive. It is true also that we should also give Sky our thanks and appreciation, since he's not getting paid for this. If you think my post's are about Sky's work, then maybe you should go work for uscis because you are just as lost and behind as they are! :)

Cheers,

James

:thumbs::thumbs:

hehe luv it not a bad idea but already applied last week\

As far as lost, very true (as this thread clearly states August September ) and as far as behind very very true - now your getting it

Cheers

Susie, you have a good attitude. I sincerely hope I don't bring you down since we do need all the hope and encouragement that we can get as we wait for our husband/wife to join us. I'm sure my silly issue will do nothing of the sort. Anyway, I do feel strongly that K3 visa should be discussed there...but in the end, it's not worth fighting over...too much :) Again, you have a good attitude and I do wish you all the best and luck in this process.

Yes, I have seen the maze and understand it. If you look under it your forum of IR-1/CR1 is posted under the root of Marriage based Immigrtation K1, K2, K3. Shown below.
