Hi fellow VJ'ers...

My husband's interview is on October 29, 2007. We didn't receive Packet 4 yet but the dates are already posted online, so I told my husband to print that. Is it okay if he can go ahead and have his Medical Exam at St. Lukes or do you think it's too early? Please advise...

01/15/07 - I-130 sent.

02/13/07 - NOA1

02/16/07 - NOA1 via snail mail.

05/01/07 - NOA2

NVC

05/23/07 - NVC receives petition and case # assigned.

06/18/07 - Form DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) & AoS bill generated.

06/19/07 - E-mailed choice of agent using James' shortcut.

06/21/07 - Mailed AOS bill via overnight mail using James' shortcut.

06/27/07 - NVC e-mails back accepting Choice of Agent

Hello cheska he must wait first his packet 4 because he cant go to medical without appointment letter (enclosed in packet 4 is his appointment letter and instruction) he cant have his medical without appointment letter came from USE. Im not sure maybe...or he just wait his packet 4 first and i think its too early to go 4 medical. He can go a week before his schedule if he wanted to do it early. As long as he knows that he dont have problem in his health he will be fine...
