Hey everyone. I'm about to send in my AOS packet for my wife and and checklist is as follows:

-Payment for the I-485 fee : $930 filing fee + $80 biometrics fee = $1010 written on a check

-AOS Cover letter

-I-485 Form

-I-693 Vaccination Supplemental Form (signed by CS)

-A photocopy of my spouse's K-1 visa page

-A photocopy of my spouse's I-94 (front & back)

-A photocopy of my spouse's birth certificate (with English translation)

-Certified copy of marriage license + photocopy of marriage certificate

-A photocopy of the I-129F NOA2 Approval

-G-325A (all 4 pages dated, signed)

-Two passport-style photos (name + alien # on back)

-I-864 Form (main sponsor, me) w/ supporting evidence

-I-864 Form (joint sponsor, my father) w/ supporting evidence + residency proof (photocopy of naturalization certificate of my father)

I am going to use USPS (express w/ signature confirmation) and send it to the USCIS, P.O. Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120 address. Anything else I am missing?

Also, is there something I should label on the envelope? Like for the I-129F... I think I labeled "I-129F: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION" on the envelope... what should I put for this one? Something like "I-485: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION" ? Thanks!

Everything is in black ink except the name & alien # on the back of the 2 passport photos. I think that would be still okay, yes? I had no black sharpie felt pens that could actually write on the passport paper film as it was very slippery; so I used just a brown ink for name & alien #. However, everything on the applications is black ink (printed). I've also made copies of everything.. and the tax returns/W2/1040's etc, are all included in the supporting evidence. :-)

Oh..actually, I am the USC (male, husband). This is for my wife, hehe. The entry stamps were included as they were the opposing page to the K1 visa (during photocopy, it also copied the visa + entry stamps as well, we laid her passport flat...).

If both of you were previously married, you will need to include a copy of Divorce Decree or Death Certificate (if applicable).

"I-485: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION" outside the envelope is what we put.

Good luck!
