It can be a few months to a year or more depending on how busy your local field office is.

Look up your field office here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp and check for I-485 processing date.

Or you may get lucky and MSC sends the case to CSC, and they approve without interview, but again this can vary depending on how long an FBI name check takes. Ours was approved without, and green card showed up a few months after the biometric.
