If you have a ki visa pending and your alien fiance gets pregnant will you have to start over and apply for your unborn child. can some ellaborate for me thank you

A child does not need a visa until they are born.... and if it is the child of a USC, then the child may be a USC as well and therefore simply needs to get a US passport.

A child does not need a visa until they are born....

so there will be no problem with her getting in the U.S. with her visa in hand and baby in her belly

In order to have a visa you need a passport. In order to get a passport you need a birth certificate. In order to get a birth certificate you need to be born. The chain of needed events isn't there yet...

No that wont be a problem, the only issue that could accour would be the medical exam for the visa.

When you have the medical exam done they do an x ray of the chest, obviously pregnant women are not able to have an x ray...

So the parts of the medical exam they can not accomplish due to her being pregnant, would then have to be done after the birth of the baby.

Is there a potential problem with the woman flying if she is in the last trimester? On my last flight I saw that the flight attendant was very concerned about letting a very pregnant young woman onboard. Eventually she was allowed to board but they sent her back to the desk first.

I think maybe a doctor's permission is all that is needed, but there might be one hurdle you must clear before you get to immigration if she is in the later months of her pregnancy.
