Lying sounds like a bad idea. It's immediate grounds for a denial. I wouldn't if I were you.

Well, you did file, so you should have said yes.

I agree

I'm not trying to lie

Point I'm trying to make is i never completed the I-129F so is that grounds to complete the box as no?

And note none of my previous paper work from USCIS had the A# listed on it

The question is whether you filed. You did. The answer is yes. If you answered "no" then you did not tell the truth. You may have misunderstood but if you don't recognize the meaning of "Have you ever filed...?" you shouldn't be filing petitions on your own.

If I were you, I would prepare for a denial. I hope you will enjoy your life in Hong Kong.

You did file so your petition has been entered into the system of the USCIS and it will remain there for years so better answer YES. My friend married a chinese lady 20 years ago and filed a spousal visa for her , got divorced and now he filed for another K1 for a new fiance. .records of his first petition is still in the system. In fact, in his NOA2 notice for the 2nd petition it was clearly stated there that " this is your SECOND K1 petition" . So I strongly suggest you answer YES.

Just our opinion :) Goodluck

P.S. And about the A# which is the Alien number of the fiancee, that will come when the petition has been approved . So definitely you wont have one upon filing.

Your correct it was confusing ...Would the A# be above the beneficiary A099931*** on the NOA1 notice ?

I loved Hong Kong when i visited her i wouldn't mind staying
