Hi all,

recently my husband who is USC filed petition for my daughter who is 14 years old . On the second part of I-130 there is a question I think it is Part C quest # 17 where they ask about benefisary's relative like husband/wife or siblings and children. We were supposed to leave that section blank or put none on it but we put my name I'm the monther resident allien. My question is, is it going to confuse them and delay our petition? We just thought we should list any relatives .

You were correct.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
