I need to spend minimum possible time in London.

If my application is approved,will i get it in my hand on the day?

Not usually, it will either be sent to your home, or you will have to pick it up later.

Hi, No you wont get your visa same day its approved. They tell you at your interview how long it will take for it to be delivered to you, normally 3-5 business days, although i had my interview Nov 2nd last year and my visa was delivered Nov 4th. I think it depends on how fast they process your visa after your interview though.
