Hey guys, please help me out get out of confusion if you can please.

Here is the deal.

I have applied for my wife change of Status AOS and have been waiting almost 2 years since we have applied and 1.5 yr since her biometrics for an interview.

In the meantime, she has been going to school and have had no problem until now, the financial aid office has been telling her that she needs to prove her immigration eligiblity and they are asking for a valid I-94

well ofcourse her fiance visa is expired and she is in the change of status. The I-94 is attached to the visa with a date on it that goes back to 2005.

So now I am not sure what I can show them to indicate she is eligible resident. Do I have to get a new I-94 or what document would indicate that she has been here legally?

The NOA 1 letter for AOS is evidence of legal presence, or if you filed for EAD, the EAD is evidence of legal presence.
