We did not because this is not a requirement of the petition, you bring this to an AOS interview.

We followed the guide here on VJ, and were approved without interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Well I didn't come here on a K1 or K3 visa, so in our case it was important to send some proof of bona fide relationship (we had to file the I-130 along with AOS papers). So we sent 3 pictures: one of the two of us together 2 years ago, one of Christmas with his mom, stepdad and sister, and one of our wedding with his stepmom, sister, brother in law and half brother & sister.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

11.08.08: Big family wedding

09.18.09-10.03.09: First trip to France with Hubby

I-751

04.19.10: Package sent to Vermont

04.21.10: Delivered in Vermont

04.22.10: NOA date

04.23.10: Check cashed

05.17.10: Received biometrics appointment letter

06.07.10: Biometrics Appointment

06.26.10: Touched

07.07.10: Card Production Ordered!

My husband came here on the K1 visa and we did NOT send pictures since it wasn't asked of us. However, we have TONSSSSS!! So if we ever need to show them at an interview or for an RFE that'll be no problem.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

I sent pictures of us together before we were married, during the wedding and a few months after we were married with explanations on the back and I sent copies of hotel receipts and airline tickets referencing those pictures plus my wife got an affadavit as well.
