NOA's received, but can't check status online?

Hello All,

We received my wife's NOA's for her AOS and EAD back in July, but to this date I can check her status for her EAD online but her AOS is still not in the system. Anyone else experience this?

It took a while for us too and the was a couple of years ago

I filed in July, and still can't access anything online

Some people were lucky and after they had their biometrics, had their case available online, but I guess that doesn't apply for everyone.

As long as you keep getting notices mailed home that they are working on your case, everything will be ok

I filed July 27th. I can access EAD, but nothing else. I wouldn't worry about, not a major problem.

Thanks for the replies; we had an RFE for her medical. We had sent in a copy of her medical from her K3 interview in Taiwan without realizing they wanted a different form, but same info??? Guess that's bureaucracy for you. Maybe that had delayed things a little. Well at least we're both home now, one thing I've learned after waiting with her in Taiwan for 6 months for her interview is patience.
