same thing here. I filed in mid December and still havent heard anything. We can expect to wait another month or two to get approval. People at Missouri and California Service Centers have been receiving their approvals end of March, beginning of April. But VSC has other plans for us unfortunately. I have no clue whats going at VSC. How long does it approve the darn thing when you have been sitting on it for months?

Even though VSC has a listed processing date of 03 December, 2006.....this should be taken with a grain of salt. Some petitions will be approved much sooner then this date, others later. If one has gone way past the the receipt date they are currently working on, it could very well mean you are undergoing security checks and this will be complete when its complete. There is no way to speed up this process. Most name hits are resolved fairly quickly but some take time. All the best to you and I hope you hear something soon.
