My fiance is still waiting for her certified NSO divorce decree. Her medical is scheduled for the 27th of sept and her interview date is Oct 5th. Will st lukes medical ask about SECPA papers? What if the NSO still doesn't have her divorce decree ready by the interview? As far as I know she can't do her seminar without NSO verified Divorce decree. Any advice?

I hate to have to reschedule the interview. no it's crunch time and I hate to have all our good luck so far be taken down by the NSO.

Thank

Wioombeen

My Fiance has the same dates for the medical and interview in Manila! As far as i know, you'll just

need her passport for the medical, appointment letter, and fee. But for the iunterview she will need

her certified divorce decree. Good luck!

No divorce in the RP. The CENOMAR should show the marriage and she should present the official annulment papers

Don't reschedule her interview date, if ever she still doesnt have her annulment papers by then, USEM wont release the visa until you turn it over to them.. and that will put you in AR till you submit what they wanted.

I don't quite understand why you are using the term Divorce Decree.

No such thing recognized by the Philippine Government.

Hopefully you mean Annulment!.

No such thing as A NSO verified Divorce Decree!

You are probably referring to her marriage certificate issued by the NSO where her decree of annulment has already been annotated. The release will take sometime so just be patient. Dont cancel the interview. .if by then she still doesnt have it, it may place you in AR until such time that you have submitted the required document. Just hang in there and goodluck :)

Removal of Conditions :

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

Unless your wife wants to get her passport changed to your name then it's better to do the CFO trip all in one day after she has her visa in hand.

Saves 400P and a day with the nuns if something should go wrong at the interview also.
