(August 2 for K3 I-129F... and got approved September... what the hell??)

how come people are being approved that are further ahead of me? I don't understand... congratulations to them :thumbs: , nonetheless, but that is NOT FAIR... just because I applied during April when they F**** up their system, it means we have to wait for longer times than normal?? This is stupid :angry: :angry: this is beyond stupid... at least with being stupid you actually try to do something... they probably can't even organize their sock drawer, those lazy bunch of @#(#@($*... :devil: :devil: :devil: :devil:... :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

A common misconception is that petition adjudication and approval is a simple one-step process that can be completed in order of receipt. Only the first of multiple steps in the process can be initiated on a FIFO basis. We don't know how many steps there are or how many places there are for the adjudication to get hung up, even when there are no RFE's to deal with.

Expecting all cases submitted on the same day to the same service center to be approved before later cases is folly.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I have wondered why cases process at different rates but have never seen a good explanation for it. :blink:

hey, you need to calm yourself down... so, it's not fair, but what do we gain for bitching in a discussion forum?

I don't know if there is anything we can do in the sense of letting USCIS know that we are not happy with the way they are handling our applications, or if there was a way if that would even make any difference

Let's try to remain positive... we just have to sit and wait and nothing will change that. We can get furious and let that consume us, or we can try and stay cool about this and just live these months the best way we can...

yes, but the USCIS website says that they are processing them as they receive them.. so it should be in order.. or at least not someone approved who just applied in August... I'll give the "May" person credit... he/she got lucky... but come on... August!!! only 1 month to approval time... no way :angry::angry: Actually, this whole board is about that complaining stuff... a lot of people ask questions, but mainly it's just to vent your anger for others to listen to...

Yes, Elbereth, you just applied, so you might not know the frustration yet... when you get to 157+ days (for some even 180 days or more) without an approval... then you might wonder what is up with them.. that is 5+ months without any touches... I didn't even get a touch for calling in one time last month.. with another 5+ months to interview time (as the way it goes)... my little birdie calendar of 1 year's time won't even hold up for me.... :crying::crying::crying:

Listen i was at the point that you were in at one time...and 119 days into it is completely different because you begin to realize how they keep you in the dark and there is nothing we could do about it...

as for your NOA1...have you checked through your bank if the check got cashed?? Keep checking through the bank cuz USCIS is in no rush to let you know...when it does get cashed, look at the back of the check, the case number will be stamped on it ..it begins with the letters EAC...Stay on top of it cuz they dont

I guess we are all frustrated and thats why posting messages on this forum :lol: :lol: , this is surely a good way to share the frustration with other people so cmon guys, write how u feel , think that pisses me off most is how being a citizen we are treated by USCIS....

9-12 months to be with your spouse , cmon gimme a break ...atleast f....g let them come on a tourist visa or somethign and wait here, u have all the information about the petitioner, so no scare of someone staying illegally .....

just some common sense and things can be lot easy for everyone ....
