EAD card received 4-25-2005

Interview cancelled 9-6-2005 no interview ever scheduled

We got approved Aug 1, 2007 but no update online and card has not arrived, do you guys think any reason to panic? We have approval letter. Card I guess will come from SF office, that is where approval if from, rather than Laguna Niguel, that is the only strange thing.
