NATURALIZATION TIMELINE

May 16, 2011~ mailed N-400

May 20, 2011~ received NOA1

May 31, 2011~ Biometrics letter received sked June 1st

June 01,2011~ Biometrics appt. DONE!

June 23, 2011~ email notification scheduled for Testing and Interview

June 27, 2011~ received interview letter by mail

Aug 01, 2011~ interview at Atlanta GA, PASSED!

Aug 05, 2011~ Oath taking at 1pm

ROC TIMELINE

Nov. 30, 2009~mailed I-751 (VSC)

Dec. 03, 2009~Extension letter and NOA1 received

Jan. 04, 2010~ Biometrics at Metairie, LA

March 10, 2010~ approved!

March 13, 2010~ approval notice sent

March 15, 2010~ received approval letter and GC in mail!

02-12-2008 - Card production ordered

02-13-2008 - Second Notice for Card Production

02-15-2008 - EAD Approval Notice

My EAD was approved in 27 days

02-19-2008 - Received EAD CARD

04-16-2008 - SSN application

05-10-2008 - Received SSN Card

if you get a renewal of your NBI clearance, does it show your fingerprints? mine doesnt. Will this create a problem?

it says in the bottom, not valid without dry stamp or fingerprints... i am soooooo confused... please HELP!!! :wacko:

my renewal doesn't show my fingerprints.. :yes: so what i did is put in my fingerprint myself using a stamp pad. :D

no worries mamalovesdada, it will be fine.

August 2007 - filed I130

September 2007 - filed I129F

April 24, 2008 - interview and VISA APPROVED!

May 02, 2008 - visa in hand, had the CFO stamping done at once, bought ticket online...

May 03, 2008 - flew to US to be with stinky love...

July 22, 2008 - Sent AOS Package to CHICAGO Lockbox

July 24, 2008 - received package

July 29, 2008 - NOA for AOS and EAD

Aug 01, 2008 - Touched....

Oct 01, 2008 - Received EAD

still waiting on AOS

YES! For K3 applicants, we need CENOMAR as well. I had my first interview on the 12th of sept. and right then and there, they told me i needed the cenomar and NBI clearance. They didn't add those requirement to my packet 3. So frustrating. I waited for a month to get an interview date. If they could have informed me, atleast i would have been able to file for it while waiting... but anyhow, i have both the documents they needed from me and my interview is this monday! ahhhhhhh!!! so wish me luck girls!!! (",)
