Hi all May-June filers!

Have any of you got any approvals or touches recently? I have not got any touches since 7/26 on my I-130 and no touches since 7/12 on my I-129F. Both of my applications are "pending standard processing" at CSC. The latest info I got via phone was that I should hear about I-129F decision within 6 months, but that doesnt really help. I have seen that some people who filed after I did and some have gotten approved already. I am kinda getting worried....

I-130 Processing:

4/21/07 - Mailed I-130 to Texas Service Center

4/24/07 - Received by Texas Service Center

5/24/07 - Check for $190 cleared

5/24/07 - Touched

5/26/07 - Received NOA1 for I-130

7/2/07 - Touched

7/3/07 - Touched

7/6/07 - Touched

7/26/07 - Touched

I-129 Processing:

6/13/07 - Mailed I-129F to Chicago

6/15/07 - I-129F package received at Chicago

6/18/07 - Check for $170 cleared

6/19/07 - Received NOA1 for I-129F

6/20/07 - Touched

6/25/07 - Touched

6/26/07 - Touched

7/9/07 - Received Transfer Notice indicating I-129F sent to NBC (Missouri)

things have massively slowed down for the past few months... they're taking months now to do something they used to do in one or two weeks... maybe this delay in the process is affecting earlier applicants too

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

I-129F

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

20/JUN/2008 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

18/mar/2009 - Packet delivered

24/mar/2009 - NOA for AOS and EAD date

25/mar/2009 - Check cashed

why are some people getting approved so much faster than others? I have seen march people and april people (like myself) not yet approved... yet I see people in July and August (1 person) already getting approved for the I-130... crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif now that is NOT FAIR... so just because we sent our application in when they @#(*(% up their system, it means we have to wait much longer? (during the months of march - may, they didn't do #######)...

I-130 STAGE 1 : 533 days - 1 year 6 months (4/16/2007 to 9/22/2008)

Priority Date I-130 : 4/16/2007 ( 533 days , APPROVED 9/22/2008)
Transferred to local office based on "security checks" : 11/27/2007
wrote hundreds of letters - received letter from FBI Records Management Chief stating no security checks
local office interview : 2/21/2008 - brought my parents too (result : you will get approval within 2-3 weeks)

9/22/2008 - CALL AND EMAIL COPY OF APPROVAL NOTICE FROM LAWYER

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013
