What you guys use staples or paper clips to attached documents?

Hi,

I am getting ready to send AOS and need small help. Please help, if you can give me advice what is better to use to attach documents that needs to be attach, staples or paper clips?

Staples are never reccomended

USCIS recommends ACCO fasteners.... Thats what I used...

Used a 2 hole punch, punched everything a the top, and used 1 ACCO fastener to hold everything together per VJ and USCIS recommendations. USCIS uses the 2 holes to bind your case in their folders, staples make it harder for them to handle the paperwork.

I didn't use acco fasteners, I just used a folder with clear pockets, no staples.

Acco fasteners are good, but it isn't the only thing you can send your application in.

I didn't even staple anything - just put blank sheets of paper between separate applications. Yeah, I know it didn't look good, but I was in a hurry to send it in and I didn't have any ACCO fasteners

Me Too, I did also send a contents page, outlining what I sent with each application.

Now that you know, what they like why not use the fasteners.

binder clips here as well. I had my packet sent back because I forgot to sign one of the checks and they had rearranged everything the way they liked it -- I was glad I didn't staple anything.

Man, I've always just used staples. I doubt it's gonna make or break your case.
