hello everyone,,

I have assembled everyting(i think) for my wife's AOS package. follwoing are the items.

do you guys think, I missed out anything..?? any suggestion/feedback will be great..!!!!

** I-485 application

- copy of wife's birth certificate

- copy of wife's passport with visa

- copy of her I-94 record

- 2 photos

- I-693A sealed envelop

- G325A 4 pages

- copy of I-130 approval notice

- copy of marriage certificate

** I-765 EAD application

- copy of I-94 record

- copy of passport

- 2 photos

** I-864 affidavit

- 2004, 2005, 2006 tax returns (copies + w2)

- copy of my US passport + naturalization certificate

- employment letter stating my position + salary

- last 3 months paystubs (3)

** $1010 cashiers check

Am I missing anything..?? please plese please look at this..

What about form I-130 Petition for alien relative? Did you forget it?

Not needed they already have an approved I-130 from the K-3 visa.

Only thing you don't need to include is copy of US passport and naturalization, you already proved to them you are a citizen when you filed the I-130 and I-129F forms.

Hi! Don't forget the cover letters and to include a copy of your wife's K3 visa with the EAD application. Good luck!
