Medical exam / Adjustment of Status

I just recently entered into the US with my K3 spousal visa,

and am preparing my forms now to adjust status and EAD.

My medical exam in Canada was this past August, all was clear.

Can someone please confirm if I need to re-do the medical here in the States,

or will a copy of my medical and vaccination report from Canada (2months old) be sufficient to submit with the I-485?

As long as your medical is less than 12 months old at the time you file for AOS then you do not need to have another medical.... what you do need is the I-639A vaccination suppliment... you need to take your vaccination record to a Civil Surgeon and get them to copy it on to the I-639A and you then send this in its sealed envelope along with your AOS packet .....

Thanks for the quick reply! Will a "photocopy" of clear police certificate be sufficient to submit, or does one need a certified copy?

As a K3, you don't need to send a police certificate. That's only for certain people under a special class.
