Here one for us appliers through NVC, My step sons passports have 2 last names, however when I applied and did the I-130 I only placed the first of the last names ( the fathers name ). How will this affect the kids? Do I need to update the application? The dad's information here in the US is all with just one last name as they took the second last name away as we applied for all his stuff; Info on Dad in signature.

thanks

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Their second last name will be almost non-existant when they get here. For my husband's forms and documentation all I put down was First, Middle and First Last Name. Then I get correspondence from USCIS and NVC with his First and Last name, don't even know why I even bothered putting down his middle name.

Byron,

I don't know how K2 visas work, maybe children can be petitioned with only one I-129F. You know who might know? Chester since I think his fiancée was coming with her son.
