Hello,

My wife and I are in the process of sending in the DS-230 form and I asked my wife to mail me the signed form so I can review it and send it in with the barcode cover sheet.

Mailing one letter with some sort of priority and safe shipping from Armenia costs around $100+.

My question is, can she just scan the signed sheet and email it to me or do we have to send in the actual sheet she has signed?

Will the copy of her signature be alright?

Any help would be appreciated.

hi i think u need ur wife's actual signs,not copy.

They need the ink signature not a copy of it.

I'm not sure about this, but if I remember correctly, you can have your wife sign a blank piece of paper

and have her date it with your case number and form it's bing used for, and then put "SEE ATTACHED FORM"

in the signature part. I'm not 100% on this, you may want to double check with the NVC call center to see if

it is acceptable this way.
