Hi All,

I just checked on my I129 status via phone. It showing that USCIS have requested for more evidence. I haven't received any info on my website neither via mail. I had one touched on 9/10 regarding "case pending where it was transferred". I also heard on this thread regarding IMBRA act. USCIS is sending this RFE to everyone who files after June 13. My doc were totally organized and i went through 4 times. Please advice If someone knows about this..

Thanks

Asmo

IMBRA RFE info is last years news, as in June 2006. They introduced a new version of the petition (there has been other versions since that version too) that asks the IMBRA question, so unless you didn't answer it completely or just didn't answer it, you won't get an RFE.

Prior to the new version with the IMBRA stuff, they wanted to get the info on using marriage/relationship brokers to meet your SO, so they RFE'd everyone.

That isn't what I asked. You stated that you read in a thread that "USCIS is sending this RFE to everyone who files after June 13." Where did you read this? This is the first I have heard of this.

Oh. So those RFEs were for petitioners who used the out of date form. Asmo, I think your RFE will likely be for something else.
