waiting for september timeline at uscis

Since i woke up today I've look about 20 time on the uscis site :blink: to see the 15september estimation about how long they take to go throught a case .... Bur nothing yet they are still on the august one. I hope they don't have more delay now....

I even hope that they could have reduce their delay... Dreaming help :lol:

September 2006 : first meeting in US for a month ,after on year of communication

April 2007 :Second meeting in Us for a month

June 2007: we engaged our lawyers

17 July 2007 : I-129F send to USCIS California center

22 July 2007 : [1st NOA

16 September 2007 : Half of the waiting time done 60 days

09/22/2007 : day 66 what a long time still to wait........

11/29/2007 : NOA2 YEEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

03 January 2008 : Package 3 fromthe embassy

17 January 2008 : Medical examination

03 Febuary 2008 / Package 4

17 MARCH INTERVIEW

25 MARCH APPROVED GOT MY K1

05/17/2007: we hope this will be our wedding day.......

Don't worry. Most cases take less time. The guideline really means, that if it has taken this longer than the date on the website you should call USCIS and check on your case. All will be OK ... it will just take time. Not enough to drive you crazy ... but just about.

thank you you were right still 6 month , I only made a 2 month waiting so even if it seems like an eternity I know it is not that long yet... and the VJ timeline is helping me on what to expect. :blush:

The USCIS will simply report 6 months, they never report anything less than that....

When they can't meet the reported time they might even change it to one year still they will be within reported time

Based on the current published criteria, the USCIS will never report the words "one year" for I-129F's. If you have read and understand how the USCIS reports processing times of certain types of petitions it will make more sense on what the reported times mean... For example, on the I-129F the "goal" is to process all petitions within 6 mos. When the USCIS is making "goal" they report 6 mos. If the USCIS is not making "goal" then they will report an actual date on the files they are processing.
