Changing address while going through AOS

I've read horror stories about people who change their address while AOS is pending and even though USCIS had been informed, they still seem to send all correspondance to the old address. We're not movning yet, but it will be in November (still in tucson) and I dont think that we would have been done with AOS by then (Have received nothing since 1st NOA1 in July and bio appointment). What can I do to ensure that things wont get lost/sent to the worng address and the whole process delayed??

well fill in the proper papers and call or even make infopass appointment to make sure they have the right address in.

Also if you can talk with the future tenants or owners of the house so they make sure that if they get something in your name that looks like it's from USCIS they tell you...

Do everthing possible to ensure the USCIS has your new address.
