What kind of problems is this going to cause for us? Ann's phone was stolen from her purse while she was on a bus in Manila, for her Embassy Interview.

All the paperwork shows her phone number, which she now does not have.

Is this going to cause a problem with Delbros delivering? Or with anything else?

How can I contact Delbros or the Embassy about this?

If it's going to be, it's up to me!

sorry to hear that... (sh!t happens in phil and it did happen to me too lol)... but i doubt the person who stole it would ever look at some numbers which he/she doesnt recognize and never really cares about coz the first thing they will do is get the sim card and throw it away and all they have is the phone to sell... ann can call delbros to report and maybe give a new number but otherwise as long as she wrote the right mailing address when filling up the delbros paper then she's good... a text msg from delbros is just one of the verification that her visa will be delivered this day or tomorrow so she can be ready to receive it... but she can also look at it in delbros online for updates... good luck

If that happened to me I will definitely call DELBROS and inform them of what happened and give a new number for communication purposes regarding the visa.

I just used DELBROS tracking services. . it doesnt work :( everytime I enter my tracking number. . it ends up with Page cannot be displayed.

Im sorry to hear that, that happends all the time in Manila, i had my bracelet stolen when i was in the bus on my way home from work. Cellphones and jewelries are very hot in the eyes of the thieves. Im glad she's safe. Anyways, she might call Delbros and notify them that the number she gave them is no longer available and she might gave them a new number if there is one.

As everyone said ! Have her call Delbros and either have her borrow a CP or buy her a new one.
