guys i am so confused about the I-134. my dad is going to be the primary sponser and he filled out the I-134 and got it notarized. however, i am still confused whether we need to include a separate I-134 from my mother. my mom and dad are joint tax filers, and it is due to both of their joined income that they can sponser my husband.

also.. i am a graduate student and i just work part time in a school. my sole income is not enough and thats why my dad is the primary sponser. however, i also got an I-134 notarized from my behalf and want to know should i include that anyway. i just thought it would look good being the petitioner and all.

please help. i have to send these papers this coming week to my husband.

You as the spouse are in fact the Primary Sponsor, not your parents. They would be your joint or co-sponsors. You have to send the I-134 and all accompanying back up documentation for yourself, as well as them.

If the only way your father's income will cover the requirements to sponsor your husband is to include your mother's income, then yes, she would need to include an I-134 along with her employment letter and all other required documentation to prove income.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

Yes, but if either parent's income is enough, only one needs to sign. Then you document that income. Part of any tax return is the W2 and or 1099 forms that show the income for an individual. You can state the individual gross income for one parent and it will be evidenced by the W2. You can also send along an employer letter and/or recent pay stubs.
